PHONE COMPUTER TERMS
Terms of service
Last updated October 29, 2026.
The service
Phone Computer is a personal cloud computer you text, synced to a folder you choose on your Mac. It is a private beta: features can change, break, or end. Access is by invite, and we may decline or revoke access.
The text messaging program
When you enter your number on phonecomputer.ai and check the consent box, you agree to receive texts from Phone Computer. The program sends:
- A one-time waitlist confirmation when you sign up.
- An invite with a setup link, if and when your number is invited.
- Sign-in and verification codes while you set up.
- Replies to texts you send the service.
Message frequency varies with how much you use it. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; you will get one confirmation and then silence. Reply HELP for help, or email setup@sparker.ai. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our privacy policy for how your number is handled.
Your responsibilities
You must be at least 18 and the owner of the number you give us. Use the service lawfully: no content you have no right to, no abuse, no attempts to reach other accounts. The computer works only on the folder you choose; do not try to make it reach further.
Honest limits
The service is provided as is, with no warranty. It is a beta: keep copies of anything that matters. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past twelve months (for the beta, that is zero).
Changes and contact
If these terms change we will update this page and note the date. Questions: setup@sparker.ai.
